Novomec stands for more than simply expertise in the design and manufacture of products. It is a total partner to industry with knowledge and expertise built over more than 30 years in product assembly and materials processing.

The Novomec group dates back to 1970 with the formation of Novomec Ltd. It started life as a “garage” enterprise, in Maidenhead, Berkshire making pressure switches for the electric shower industry.

The company moved to the Norfolk town of North Walsham in 1980 and expanded the company to incorporate plastic injection moulding, subsequently in 1999 incorporating vacuum forming of plastic materials under the Streamline Mouldings banner, for their electric garden products which are marketed under the “Autogrow” label, and other industrial customers.

Using computer aided design software we can translate an idea into a working prototype and then realise it as high quality component or product.

The company is equally skilled in producing “technical” mouldings for use in highly demanding environments, as well as commodity items in high volumes.
